Not so sure about that, but I know if it's too wet, that's bad also. The grass won't grow without rain either. It's hardly rained here at all since the beginning of July. It rained a 1/4" on Monday and that was the first time it rained since the middle of August. One of my neighbors cut a hay field the other day and the round bails were few and far between. I guess something is better than nothing. It was 97* here yesterday and our average high is 74*. A cold front will move through here tonight and the pattern will change. Maybe it'll cool off enough to get out and see what kind of deer are floating around the farm that I hunt. My son shot a doe last weekend and said she was covered in ticks. I need it to cool off a bit before I start killing schit. It's been way too hot and dry.
