I don't cast my own bullets and don't want to start now, but there are a number of commercial suppliers that I use. I recently had an experience with a new-to-me outfit, Hunters Supply, that was remarkable. They sent me some bullets that were undersized, although the label said that they were what I ordered. I called and talked to Regina. The customer service I received was incredible. Without a long story, I would say that my complaint was handled in an optimum fashion. They replaced the bullets and paid shipping for my return.
