That ain't right.
First of all, my people, the Celts, invented Halloween back in Wales, 2,500 years ago. We called it Samhain.
It was, and is a great celebration and festival, a day where the wall between the living and the dead is removed, and you can visit with the ghosts of your deceased ancestors.

But most of these cemetaries are for Christians and the Christian religion is a long, long way from the Celtic religion. This is a dumb-ass move by some local and I bet those decorations don't last till Halloween night. I know, down here in Dixie it wouldn't last 24 hours, the Southern Baptists would have a fit.
