Thanks for the info, guys. I didn't think they would work, now I know for sure. I will stick with the 90 grain Sierras. Back in the 1980s I shot a lot of woodchucks here in NJ and in NY with those Sierras and with the 87 grain Sierras. I loaded them to about 3,200 fps, a mild 25-06 load. They sure tore up a chuck! I figured they would kill a deer, too. Sierra says they are deer bullets. Maybe I will test them this year using my little 99F.
