You are telling me.....I volunteered at no profit on my end to sell a garage full of TC barrels, parts, stocks, old ammo, brass, reloading dies, classic stuff all from 70’s and 80’s. Heck I have the 788 owners manual, 1975 magazine with the 788 featured.
In the middle of selling all this stuff that I could on eBay for the mans estate trying to do the best I can for him, I start finding 788 parts. Before long I have a complete 788 he started probably in the 70’s based on the condition of a few things. Just never got around to finishing the project.
The good news is I’m whittling down his stuff, the bad news is I’m in Alaska and have some really cool old ammo and stuff that I can’t sell and ship out of here, even 3 boxes of 256 win mag ammo.
