I got out this weekend for a general season OTC elk hunt.
Saturday I only seen a few cows but Sunday I caught a herd in a clearcut at first light.
Rem. 700 in 300RUM, 200 gr accubond over 95.5gr of Retumbo for 3175fps.



100 yard shot, I'm surprised the bullet was just under the offside skin. This is the first accubon I've caught

I'm defiantly getting to old to pack out elk by myself, that was a lot of work.
