...............Interesting thought.....I did back in 2008 purchase a new Ruger Alaskan w/ 20" barrel and CRF action. Other than a few minor aspects regarding a 37 Nosler build, the Ruger Alaskan will do everything you mention above without any potential headaches of doing a build and less $$$$ too....
