...our democRAT country attorney, evidently decided not to try the arsonist transient, and he was released by about 10 AM on Monday....the local paper printed something along the lines that the county attorney released him, because having no possessions, property, job etc, and was living on welfare there was nothing the county could get out of him to reimburse the county FD and Oregon DoForestry.......
So we turn him loose because he can't pay? No thought about what it could cost next time when a million dollars of something burns or someone dies fighting his fires?
