Dixie Dude: Oh yeah Botswana - thats where they built their own space shuttle and space station and they have all those hospitals rated better than the Mayo Clinic and they have all those wonderful museums and world class opera theaters and don't they make the best movies and the best automobiles in the world and didn't they invent that serum for that terrible disease?
Yeah right, like I am gonna move to Botswana in my retirement for all the friendly people and low taxes and peaceful safe neighborhoods!

If there were to ever be (in my lifetime!) a successful black founded and maintained country I would give them praise and credit!
So far I have NOT seen that need!
