Hello to all. Just joined forum a short while ago. Bought one of Roy M's nice Savage 99s and he turned me on to the forum. Looks like some great info on Savage arms here. Been collecting guns since early 1970's. Retired now and my gun hobbies are filling alot of my time now. Got my first Pa whitetail many years ago with my grandfathers 99 in 250-3000. Loved them ever since. Have a few savage 99s along with other collectible guns including a few savage 22 pumps ,savage nra trainer style rifles, and savage auto pistols. . I'm a big wood and steel old school gun fan. Hope to get much good info here from the many knowledgeable members. Glad to be a member.
