Rick
I was wondering if you were interested in adding tested loads that don't appear in the lists? I had two 1 1/8 oz loads tested by Precision Reloading that I really like for heavy pheasant loads. Both pattern very well, pretty tight actually. I can send the PDF with the testing data for documentation if needed.

Load #1 and my favorite
Cheddite hull, once fired for the test
Fed 209A primer
23.3 gr Longshot
1632 wad as sold by Grafs. This wad patterns great but does raise pressures more than the SP-16 Rem
1 1/8 oz nickle plated #5s
6 pt crimp, .055 deep
Avg. 1286 fps 10297 psi

Load #2, This load is slightly over Saami max. reduce powder by at least 0.5 gr
Cheddite hull, once fired for the test
Ched 209
22.2 gr 800x
1632 wad
1 1/8 oz nickle plated #5s
6 pt crimp, .055 deep
Avg. 1297 fps 11672 psi

I was told on the 16 ga board that the load with 800x would work better with the milder CCI 209(not 209M) primer and might be closer to max with that one change. I have elected to use the Longshot load since I have more of that powder and it works better through the measure.
Use of the 1632 wad fixes the problem of the fine grained longshot leaking by the SP-16 wad giving bloopers in the straight wall hulls that are the majority of what we load in the 16. It has a full 1 1/8 oz shotcup where the SG-16 and Z-16 are 1 oz cups. Grafs is the only supplier I have found with this wad, so get them while they last.
