Miss Mahalia Barnes. I've seen her for years as part of Joe Bonamassa's backup singers. A year and a half ago saw her with Joe and her own band with the other incredible backup singers but didn't know about this.
Back in the day, Clive Davis's wife Bette did some rather risqué songs and Mahalia redid them. I would have been embarrassed to ask but those that know me know that I can be a butthole so I would've asked any way when we had a nice discussion back in August.
She is so sweet. Wouldn't have guessed.
