Been a long time reader here on the campfire but haven’t been much of contributor as of yet. Certainly gleaned a lot here from others over the years. Particularly from Mr. Sinclair who’s experience and wisdom helped me decided to try my first GAP built rifle chambered in a 6.5 Saum. I’d never handled a Defiance prior to then. Boy was I impressed. Prior to that I’ve had and still do a handful of trued Remington 700’s. Tried a Stiller predator. That rifle was way accurate. Gave a Pierce XL single shot a go chambered in a 338 Edge. It was smooth and also very accurate. Those 2 rifles have since went on to serve the needs of friends. My GAP rifle is here to stay. In fact just a few weeks ago pick up my 2nd, a lightly used GAP nontypical. When the price is right, no hesitation is necessary.

The other actions I’m really liking are those from Lone Peak Arms. I have both their steel and titanium options. They are also very impressive.
