Last spring my Mom was diagnosed with tongue cancer. She had surgery and after a lot of pain and difficulty eating, she healed. Last night I spoke with her on the phone and asked how she was doing and with a cracking voice said that's not something I want to talk about over the phone. I'll talk to you this weekend.
Today my Dad called and said he had Mom back at the radiologist getting tongue, neck and chest scans and that she had sores back under tongue. This is all I know for now.
So if you could find the time to send up a prayer for her, I'd deeply appreciate it.
