I hunt 100% with a can. I really like the Omega 300. The TB Ulta7 is also pretty close. The Omega with a Ti cap and thread mount is still cheaper then the Thunderbeast and is very close to them weight wise but with more modularity. I can run QD or Direct thread in whatever I want. No need for an adapter or the potential problems they bring.
The Omega is 6" which is half way between the Ultra 7 and Ultra5. The performance is about the same, half way between.
