Ok, what the heck is PayPal and is it safe?
I've been using paypal for years. They have my CC number and instead of giving my card number to every Tom, Dick, and Harry, I just pay with Paypal. Now, how they conduct the business, I'm not sure. They will confirm they made the payment and tell you what you will see on your CC statement, such as payment made to so-n-so.
They keep wanting me to send more info, but I ignore it. I've been signed up for 10 yrs or so, with no problems.
