I had that very rifle for many years. Recoil was sharp but not terrible. Consistent accuracy required more practice than other rifles (for me). The light weight really magnified every little part of bad shooting form and/or habits.
My rifle's POI went for a walk when the barrel heated, which is not a problem for hunting.
At the range, cycle another rifle or two into the shooting lineup while the barrel cools.
