‘Pigs in the Blanket’ or Halupki as my grandmother and mother made them is a dish consisting of ground pork, ground beef and rice wrapped in a cabbage leaf and cooked in a very light tomato sauce. One of my favorites.
We knew them as cabbage rolls
Don't care what you call them they were very good, also had them with buckwheat instead of rice.
