I thought about that. I don't really have any trouble with the light weights shooting to my limit. I don't have great eyesight so, I'm only shooting to 300 right now. I'm hoping to stretch it to 400 for hunting and 5 for goofing off. This is my 3rd Montana in the safe right now. I carried the .223 pretty much all season this past year. I have a .243 that I think I'm gong to lose to the boy that follows me around the woods. So, I needed something for walking around. If something heavier is needed, we can break out the 7600. smile
