So far, I have not shot the chassis. Ran into several hang ups along the way. Stuff you people who are considering one of these might not have thought about, like I had not. The xlr revolution forend/barrel guard sticks up higher than the Remington action. You will need taller rings/bases. I already had low rings and bases and being cheap, decided to trade the revolution for an Element so I could use the rings and bases I already had. Mounted up the scope and found that the stock check weld was to high, even after being adjusted all the way down. So, guess I’m saying, expect to mount your scope higher than you would traditionally.
