30mm tube. Pristine glass. And the highly-sought-after Zeiss #4 reticle. I bought this scope on an impulse recently, and as much as I like it -- and the fact it was produced during what I consider the height of Zeiss optical quality -- I just have to admit that I prefer illuminated reticle scopes a bit more.

The only issue to mention is that on the underside of the tube near the ocular end are marks from an improperly-torqued ring from the previous owner. I used stark side lighting to show it and even exaggerate it a bit. It's not as bad in real life and is purely cosmetic. On the top side are a few tiny flecks from that same ring; you can see them in one of the photos, but they are hardly noticeable at all. I just like to disclose every single facet of an item when I list it.

I put this scope on my 7mm Bullberry carbine for a while, and it tracks as one would expect a scope of this caliber to do: perfectly. Low-light performance is simply exceptional. And the glass itself is absolutely pristine and likely the best I have seen on a used scope. Looking at it, you'd swear it just rolled out of the Zeiss plant. The previous owner definitely knew how to take care of and protect the glass.

Zeiss factory covers included. Original box not included.

$750 to your door anywhere in the US. I much prefer paypal f-f (or plus the fees) to any other form of payment as I am disabled and have a hard time getting to town to cash a check or money order. But if need be, I can make a check or m/o work.
