You and I wouldn't, but to pull off this prank they used a blank. I'd like to see a verifiable account of this and the arrest. This was a prank.

I've shot many hundreds of blanks, training dogs over the last 60+ years. They make a cloud of confetti, just like this shot did, and they have almost no recoil, just like this shot.

I'll rest my case...gotta feed dogs, then myself.
