ya i use them when i do big cooks for the legion dinners or otherwise. oreida i think is the brand i use. they turn out great and nobody complains. follow the directions on the box to the letter. they seem a little sloppy at first but set up nicely after a bit.

but if i do a family sized dinner, i still go native.
