Did it start after the new belt install? If it did then as suggested check belt routing. If noisy before then Stethoscope to listen to each of the pulleys on the system to find the noise. Or take the belt off and spin each one to check noise/roughness as spun.Also recommendation of replacing tensioner at 100k due to stress.
