The purpose of the 2nd was not so we could argue the merits of a Kimber Montana in 6.5 Creedmoor. It was so we could have the force needed to shoot and hang the entire sorry lot of them when they so much as think about enslaving us. Of course that was back when it was assumed that most men still had their balls.
