That’s not been my experience. They won’t service an item that’s not registered to you though.
When buying a used Swarovski items you need to have the original owner either call in and remove his info from the serial number or you need his full info and call Swarovski and get it switched to your name.


I just sent in my 10-32 ELs. I bought them as a demo model years ago, not new. Can’t remember if I registered them. I called their 800 number, gave the SN and they walked me through the process of returning them for repairs. Sent them in on a Friday. That next Wednesday they called with what needed to be done and costs.
Highly efficient company.
