Yellow cake mix.......

One can soda of your choice...

Fruit on bottom of Dutch oven....cake mix over the top....

Then dump 12 oz can of soda in...no mixing

Oven or charcoal until crispy brown....60 minutes (ish)

I do the same thing, except replace the soda pop with a stick of butter. Either melted and poured, or placed all over the top in thin slices. If using canned peaches I also sprinkle some cinnamon. Fan-freaking-tastic for very minimal effort.
