Just go to Home Depot or Lowes and get carboard boxes from vinyl siding. They give away boxes. Or even a siding supplier. It costs them money to dispose of their cardboard, so of course they will give it away. And then when you ship, it will have all the siding labeling on it, so will be assumed as building materials. They are 12 feet long, so you can cut down as needed. Or, if you need wider boxes, the ones for soffit material are wider.
