The punch we made for college parties from pineapple juice, Welch's grape juice and Everclear grain alcohol was called "Purple Passion". The trick was to float a big chunk of dry ice in the punchbowl that would form a ring of ice around the edge of the bowl, making the punch get stronger as the ice got thicker. The CO2 smoke from the dry ice would flow over the edges and cascade down to the floor because it's heavier than the surrounding air.
