Speaking of thermals,. I was astonished at the price of Under Armors long Johns 4.0, $80 . Are they that good.

I have a couple sets of the ones from CostCo as well. They're nice when it isn't real cold but you need that little bit extra. I still like merino wool or the polypro from Chilis(?) or similar. Haven't had to replace any lately so really not sure on brands. I'd buy higher quality merino wool over poly having tried them both. Polypro seems like they cause more body odor.
