I've been resizing a bunch of Federal .223 Rem. cases that I picked up at the police range. When I measured them after sizing most of them are well under the 1.750" trim-to length, like .006-.011" under. Also a few were as long as 1.777".
My question is, Are they too short to reload? What would you consider the minimum length to reload? The necks on .223 cases are already pretty short so I don't want to have any problems due to the short length.

Thanks.

Wag more, bark less.
