Many of you may associate me with traditional/wood stocked rifle projects. I am changing things up a bit and trying something a little different. Now I just have to wait for better shooting weather wring them out.

One is a Defiance action, MDT chassis, Jewell trigger, Magpul stock, Benchmark barrel in 20 Practical, threaded for a can. This is a left bolt/right port action which works better than a left port on the bench.

The other is a Bighorn Origin action, MDT chassis, Triggertech, LUTH-AR stock, and a barrel made by someone whom I can't recall just now, in 6.5 Creedmore, threaded for brake/can.

As the photos show, both are set up with barrel nuts. Thinking I might have multiple barrels for these actions is part of the reason for going with chassis.
