does this pistol come with all the materials that were issued with it when new--manuals papers etc?? Are you the original owner or 1st owner? Any marks on the frame such as scratches bare blueing?? Did not see anything to suggest that in the pictures? Pistol looks great in pictures. Considering a offer on it---kurt
