I just bought a circa 1990 model 60 (8 digit SN 10xxxxxx), and started looking into it.
Come to find out its a 22" barrel with full length magazine and the last shot hold open. Plus it has the reinforcing bolt behind the trigger guard.
From what I've found online it should have the 22" barrel and the short magazine. The consensus is that the long/long combination with hold open was only made in roughly the 85/86 timeframe.
Does anyone know more about this?
Just wondering, but its interesting to get to the bottom of such things...
