I ordered on the 31st and got an order confirmation rather quickly. In a couple of days, I noticed the items were marked shipped, but I didn't get a tracking #. So I inquired via the website form and got a response. They said my order is indeed processed but not shipped. They are hoping to ship the order next week. Guess they were inundated with orders.
