Certainly a rolling opening of the country to those areas less affected could happen immediately. Operate with 6' of distancing, masks and gloves if warranted, and keep promoting handwashing. A quick temp read for incoming employees will weed out the actively sick. Those areas that are hard hit, haven't peaked, or on the upswing should continue as is. Large group gatherings should still be kept at a minimum. This isn't rocket science.

Keep in mind, that a person can be an active carrier of the Corona Virus for up to 14 days (2 weeks) and not show active assumptions (e.g., temperature or coughing). Meanwhile, they are spreading the virus to everything they touch - counter tops, paper money, cardboard boxes and cans in stores, door handles, golf carts, eating utensils, etc.
How many people might touch a contaminated surface and then transmit it to others? How many people might the infected person contact in one day, much less 14?
