My middle son was transferred by Torchy's Tacos to open up a new place in Shreveport. It wasn't a few weeks later that corona hit. He suggested to follow on with the opening with curbside before curbside was a thing. The PD shut him down due to the lines of folks outside. He implemented "social distancing" once it was known and cut back on the menu items and, of course, hiring the 90 folks all ready to go for the grand opening. He cut the open hours as well. They are running with 30 employees currently. He just sent a text/video that they did $8,700 today and $32,000 last week. We are talking ~$10 a meal type place. The company also learned that they should run on 60 - 70 employees and how now to open a restaurant. Proud of the kid. He is working his tail off but just loving the challenge and the openness of the company for stepping outside the box.
