Interesting, same person tried to set up a trade with me for an item I had on armslist.
What were you attempting to purchase from him?
It was a trade with additional cash on my end. He was trading a Ruger Hawkeye stainless limited 7mm-08. I sent him the cash (postal money order). He received the funds then would not respond to texts or calls for weeks. Luckily I did not send my rifle too or I would have lost it as well. The only reason I trusted him is that he seemed knowledgeable about Rugers and did not raise any of the red flags of a scammer.
He posts items for sale in NY, VT and CT on Armslist.
