No sir. If you hit Sig's website and read through M17 literature, only the MS model guns have a safety.
The Commemorative M17, and the Surplus M17's have the brown controls (the military guns are going to black controls) and the manual safety. The commercial M17, known as the P320-M17 doesn't have it. Here is mine:
