it is a shame we cannot have a 22 like this in a smooth bore. Or 22mag, even better. I know, no chance.
At the low cost of a Wrangler, you might want to purchase a drill bit that removes rifling from 22 barrels. Brownells might have them. A gunsmith friend used to make ‘shotguns’ out of Remington pump 22’s (572 ?) and removed rifling leaving a perfect 22LR smoothbore. He also Acraglassed sight ribs on the barrels making them look like miniature 1100’s.
Anyway making a Wrangler into a smoothbore should be easy!
