Had Knee replacement in July of 2018, was Elk hunting in November in Montana. 65 years old, really worked to get my strength back, and flexibility. The Copper Fit knee sleeves helped me (had other knee replaced 7 years earlier) then, now I wear them about three days a week, they help me. If it is mental than good, I like less pain.
