I've done a couple stocks in a kryptek-like pattern, taking a hexagon pattern and shrink/stretch/warp it in software I have. To do it right takes a long time as stencils have to be put on in layers. To have someone paint it with duracoat/ceracoat/etc will get expensive due to the time involved plus since you'd be shipping the lower it will involve FFL transfers. When done you might be approaching or exceeding the gun value. The best method might be to have it dipped. You could always check out youtube videos for painting kryptek and try it yourself with spray paint.
