I got to tour the vault at Champlin when I was a teenager. My father lived in Enid at the time and did some design work for them. I was too young to really understand what I was looking at, but I do remember dozens of gold-inlaid and engraved Purdeys, Holland & Hollands, Westley Richards, etc.

Most of them had a price tag higher than the house I grew up in.
