I have the Shape Charge with the Sherman pocket. It’s a neat pack but I like to carry either a spotter or my 15x Zeiss and a tripod. So loaded down with that and the other stuff I carry it was a little uncomfortable for me.
depends on what you will be carrying. Grandson is now using the SC for a day pack for fishing and bow hunting.
I went back to the 14er. Much more comfortable for me with the internal frame and the load lifters. I have a large belt pouch on the pack and a smaller pouch on my belt. Lots of straps on the 14er ! Takes a little getting used to.
Nalgene bottle fits in the large pouch on the pack. I also have the gun bearer.
