I have a plain Jane 338-06.It started out as a Rem 700 Long Range 30-06,26" barrel.The 200gr Accubond is my bullet of choice.Since your's is an AI,I would think my loads would be a good starting point.Powders I've used with good results are Varget56.0grs(2849fps),BLC-2 59.5grs(2830fps),Big Game 59.0grs(2812fps),CFE223 59.0grs(2807fps),Win 760 60grs(I didn't get a velocity on that load but it grouped real well).
