Don't confuse Wide Duplex with Heavy Duplex. This is the Wide, same size crosshair dimensions as regular duplex but the duplex(thicker lines outside the crosshair) are pushed out wider allowing for larger target window. I feel it's much better for woods hunting or quick moving target pick up.
