I just wanted to take a second and commend Lew’s fishing on their excellent customer service. I inquired about a replacement cast control knob for my 11 go’s baitcaster (he loses everything). They responded and had a replacement in the mail in less than 24 hours at no charge! Customer Service like this is hard to beat and I will look closely at their rods & reels next time I go to purchase because of it.
