anyway, just saw a good juliani interview on Fox...he pretty much blames the riots on the minneapolis PD, and progressives in other cities for poor PD management and training, he's probably spot on IMHO
I blame riots on the rioters.
If the they are willfully not quelled, then allowing them to expand, then thats on the politicians.
If you want to blame the death on the cop, he will be in court.
