Man, to me that's a dream hunt. And if I shot an animal that big I could make sausage for a week. I'd need two more freezers like the one I've got. I bet Bison would make some fantastic sausage to say nothing about Rib Eyes, T-Bones, Sirloin, Prime Rib, even the hamburger meat! Then let my Filipino Wife get hold of some of it and make Adobo, Calderetta, and Tappa, My God I could live good with a few freezers full of that stuff.
