I'll return once the church in jail aspect is over with. My tithe is now diverted personally elsewhere. PPP loans to cover church salaries means they KNOW the parishioners will no longer cover the pastors' mortgages, etc. Ten years ago, the preacher said the "80-20 rule" was obsolete. Five percent of us do the tithing/giving part. Now, with CV-19 etc. the American church model is doomed. Thirty-somethings are not "joining" and the faithful oldsters are dying off. Either we do "church" differently soon or not at all. The Rapture scenario gets more desirable every day for me.
